I really liked our charming double or twin room. THE pool was very nice with plenty of sunbeds. The gardens are lovely, a perfect place for a quiet stroll. The breakfast buffet was good with a varied selection.

The check-in process was somewhat confusing because of the multiple buildings, which required a bit of walking with luggage.

the staff was attentive to guest needs. the hotel seemed historic and very beautiful. (it reminded me of a step back in time). the bed in my room was comfortable as were the pillows.

i noticed the room was slightly gloomy and somewhat spartan (but functional).
